If your class is unable to visit the museum, our educators can bring history directly to your classroom. Outreach programs are in development for topics including the American Revolution, the American Civil War, World War I, World War II, propaganda, historical research methods, and source literacy. Programs utilize primary and secondary sources, period imagery, and reproduction artifacts.
Outreach programs are 45 minutes in length, with additional time for questions. The fee is $165 per group, with no charge for Newport News Public Schools.
